GÖRG advises Edmond de Rothschild REIM on acquisition of commercial property in Aschaffenburg

Frankfurt, 05.10.2022

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund (EIREF), a Luxembourg investment fund managed by Edmond de Rothschild REIM, on the purchase of a commercial property in Aschaffenburg. The seller is the Sebold Group.

The commercial and forwarding property located at Stengerstraße 9/Wiesnerstraße 3 in Aschaffenburg is being sold fully let. The property has a total leasable area of 15,197 m² as well as 119 parking spaces and is located in the immediate vicinity of the A3 and the nearby ICE railway station. A new modern hall building was added to the site as recently as 2009.

Since its launch in December 2018, EIREF has invested exclusively in light industrial and logistics properties in conurbations in the Benelux countries, Germany and France. The open-ended fund of Edmond de Rothschild REIM currently holds 27 properties. Edmond de Rothschild REIM is part of the independent, family-owned Edmond de Rothschild Private Bank Group.

A cross-office GÖRG team led by Frankfurt partner Dr. Dennis Hog provided EIREF with comprehensive legal advice on the transaction.
