Dr Dennis Hog, FRICS is a partner* at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt. He advises national and international investors, private equity companies, funds, banks and project developers on all aspects of property law. He specialises in real estate transactions, asset management and project developments.
He advises his clients on the acquisition or sale of individual properties or property portfolios as well as on sale-and-lease-back transactions and forward deals in all asset classes.
He also specialises in providing legal advice on the development of real estate projects. Dr Dennis Hog also supports his clients in the management of real estate portfolios, in particular in the negotiation and drafting of rental agreements.
Dr Dennis Hog is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
