GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the Oberberg Group on the acquisition of Psychosomatische Klinik GmbH & Co. Windach-Ammersee KG. With the acquisition of the Windach Clinic on Lake Ammersee and the associated Westend Day Clinic in Munich, the Oberberg Group, the largest quality association of private day and specialist clinics in the field of psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy in Germany, is expanding its range of services in the region.
The clinics specialise in the care of psychosomatic patients and, with 177 inpatient beds in Windach and 50 day-clinic places in Munich, are included in the Bavarian hospital plan. In addition, outpatient therapies are offered in the associated medical care centre (MVZ Psychotherapie München Westend).
