Profile

Dr iur. Friederike Hoffmeister advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labour law. In particular, she has extensive experience in advising companies bound by collective agreements, especially hospital operators and in the retail sector. She specialises in advising on the drafting of collective agreements, in particular on the introduction of IT systems as well as the drafting of contracts and the associated negotiation and litigation.

In addition, she has extensive experience in the reorganisation and restructuring of companies within and outside of insolvency.
