GÖRG focuses on innovation in legal advice with new Legal Tech & Digital Transformation Unit

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB is driving forward the digitalisation of legal advice by establishing its own Legal Tech & Digital Transformation Unit. The new unit will bundle the law firm's existing digitalisation activities and develop them further with the help of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

GÖRG is focussing primarily on digital innovations and solutions in the areas of office tech, legal tech and artificial intelligence (AI). With this strategic move, the law firm is focussing on innovation and efficiency in the area of legal advice with the aim of offering its clients clear added value.

Arkadiusz Rzepka has held the newly created position of Head of Legal Tech & Digital Transformation at GÖRG since 1 May 2024. Together with his team, consisting of legal tech experts, project managers and legal engineers, he will drive forward GÖRG's digitalisation projects and implement them on a cross-location and interdisciplinary basis. GÖRG partner Dr. Tobias Riethmüller will support the unit on behalf of the law firm partnership. He has extensive expertise in the field of legal tech.

GÖRG already successfully offers a cost-efficient digital whistleblowing system in the area of compliance. In addition, a digital tool developed by GÖRG is available to clients to support labour law restructuring measures. The law firm is currently working on around a dozen other digital projects, including in the areas of M&A, public procurement law and insolvency administration.
