The Calvias Holding companies Dipl.-Ing. Gerhard Neuefeind GmbH, Bolwin & Heemann Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG and Pitthan GmbH are beginning reorganisation proceedings in self-administration. The GÖRG partners and insolvency experts Nils Meißner and Dr. Mike Westkamp support the management of the companies in the course of the self-administration as general representatives.
Due to delays in the supplier business, the three companies of Calvias Holding are suffering from a liquidity bottleneck despite full order books. The building equipment companies have therefore filed applications for reorganisation proceedings in provisional self-administration, which was ordered by the relevant local court on 31 May 2022. Jens Lieser from the law firm Lieser Rechtsanwälte was also appointed provisional trustee by the court. Business operations will continue in full during the entire proceedings.
As general representatives, GÖRG's experienced restructuring advisors and their team will drive the reorganisation forward in the coming weeks. Currently, an investor solution is being sought for the three companies. Important clients and partners have already assured the companies of their support. "Our goal is to complete the restructuring quickly, i.e. within a few months," says Westkamp.
Only the companies Neuefeind (Würselen, approx. 150 employees), Bollwin & Heemann (Steinhagen, Dresden, Leipzig, Reken, approx. 85 employees) and Pitthan (Kirchen-Wehbach, Werdohl, approx. 85 employees) have applied for self-administration. The other three companies of the Calvias Group are unaffected.
