GÖRG supports insolvency proceedings...
Dr Mike Westkamp is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. With his many years of experience in insolvency law and restructuring, he is regularly appointed as insolvency administrator/supervisor by the insolvency courts of Münster, Hagen, Wuppertal, Bielefeld, Cologne and Bonn.
As a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law, Dr Mike Westkamp advises national and international companies on all aspects of crisis and insolvency. He supports the parties involved in all stages of restructuring and is a competent partner for companies in reorganisation and self-administration proceedings.
His extensive expertise spans more than 1,000 insolvency proceedings in which he has acted as insolvency administrator, trustee or restructuring manager. As a member of the Dutch Desk, he is also available to Dutch companies in matters relating to German insolvency law and provides cross-border advice.
