Under the lead management of Frankfurt partner Dr Dennis Hog, GÖRG advised Praemia REIM Germany AG (formerly Primonial REIM Germany) on the sale of a private clinic in Scheidegg on Lake Constance from a fund it manages.
The Hubertus Clinic, which specialises in psychosomatic rehabilitation, was sold. It has 55 single rooms on a 17,000 m² forest and park-like property. The facility in the recognised health resort of Scheidegg on Lake Constance is operated by the Oberberg Group, which specialises in psychosomatic medicine, under a long-term lease agreement. The majority of the clinic, which was built in 2008, is characterised by good energy performance and modern facilities. The buyer is the Eurocare IV fund managed by Threestones Capital Management, which was advised by TSC Real Estate as investment manager.
Praemia REIM Germany AG, which operated under the name Primonial REIM Germany AG until 30 June 2024, is a leading real estate asset manager in Europe and currently manages assets of EUR 38.4 billion. The portfolio includes 61 investment funds and 1,600 properties in Europe. With around 550 employees and seven branches in France, Germany, Singapore, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, the company is responsible for long-term, collective capital investments in property aimed at private and institutional investors.
