[Cologne, ] The "Schlossgalerie" in the centre of Rastatt has been sold to FCR Immobilien AG by a Dutch family office. Opened in April 2015, the shopping centre with an excellent city location has a rental area of over 21,600 m². Over 80% of the rental income is generated by well-known retail chains. Renowned tenants include Edeka, H&M, Deichmann, C&A, Bestseller - Vero Moda, New Yorker, Mister Lady, Hunkemöller and Tom Tailor.
The transaction was accompanied by Knight Frank Berlin on the seller's side, who won the mandate in a bidding process.
