Dr Damian Tigges is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. He specialises in real estate law and advises national and international companies on all aspects of real estate transactions, commercial tenancy law and brokerage law.
His work includes advising insurance companies, institutional investors, banks and project developers in all phases of property transactions. From carrying out due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating contracts to the successful completion of the transaction.
Dr Damian Tigges also provides legal advice on commercial tenancy and leasehold law and represents his clients in complex legal disputes in connection with property transactions commercial tenancy law and brokerage law. As a lecturer at the University of Wuppertal, Dr Damian Tigges imparts his expertise in tenancy and brokerage law as part of the Real Estate Management + Construction Project Management Master's programme.
