GÖRG advises on the sale of the ‘FORTE’ office building in Offenbach

Frankfurt am Main, 10.10.2024

GÖRG has advised La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) on the sale of the office building ‘FORTE’ on the Hafeninsel in Offenbach am Main. The buyer is the asset and portfolio manager IMAXXAM, which is expanding the portfolio of the real estate fund ‘German Small Assets Invest’ (GSAI) it manages with the acquisition.

The approximately 6,200-square-metre building was constructed by Groß und Partner on Offenbach's Hafeninsel in 2014 and is LEED Gold certified. The modern office complex is the headquarters of the STARK Deutschland GmbH, Germany's leading B2B merchant and distributor of heavy building materials.

IMAXXAM, which operates throughout Germany, sets up real estate funds for well-known institutional investors. By 2024, the portfolio will comprise more than 70 commercial and residential properties with a total portfolio value of 1.7 billion euros.
