In addition, Dr. Bischoff advises on all questions of corporate law and shareholder disputes.
Dr. Martin Nentwig has been working in the Berlin office since 2010. He mainly advises domestic and foreign investors on national and cross-border transactions as well as restructurings, in particular in the real estate sector. Christopher J. Wright, J.D. LL.M. (Barrister & Solicitor (Ontario, Canada)) joined the Berlin office in 2007 and advises national and international companies with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and complex corporate transactions.
"We congratulate all new partners. It is encouraging that, in addition to lateral hires, we are able to promote good young talent from within the firm. We are convinced that these talents in particular will make a significant contribution to the further successful development of our firm", says managing partner Dr. Michael Dolfen. The appointment of partners from within the firm supports the strategic expansion of the firm and reflects the corporate philosophy of transferring responsibility to lawyers and investing in their training.
