Dr Karl-Friedrich Curtze is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Hamburg with particular expertise in restructuring and M&A.
In his work as a lawyer, Dr Karl-Friedrich Curtze advises stakeholders in the context of out-of-court restructurings, proceedings under the StaRUG and insolvency (plan) proceedings. Dr Curtze also acts as Chief Restructuring Officer in the context of self-administration proceedings and has extensive experience in the area of transferring restructuring and in the design of insolvency plans.
His expertise also extends to the areas of M&A and corporate law. He advises national and international companies in complex M&A transactions (in particular carve-outs) and supports his clients in all matters relating to corporate structures.
