[Cologne, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has successfully advised Trianel Erneuerbare Energien GmbH & Co. KG (TEE) in its acquisition of a ground-mounted photovoltaic installation with a rated capacity of 10 megawatts that is located in Pritzen, in Brandenburg. The installation, which connected to the MITNETZ STROM grid in September 2015, is equipped with 38,000 modules made by the manufacturer Canadian Solar. Among others, ENERTEK Energietechnik GmbH and Athos Solar GmbH were involved in the development and realization of the project. TEE acquired the installation through a share deal with the operating company.
GÖRG provided TEE with advice on a broad range of legal issues relating to the transaction.
