Dr. Ruth Büchl-Winter is a lawyer and counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. She advises national and international companies, primarily in the energy sector. With her many years of experience, she is an expert in corporate and tax law advice on projects, particularly in the energy sector (offshore and onshore wind farms, PV projects, storage facilities, conventional generation plants).
Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of corporate law and includes the structuring of M&A transactions, projects and project developments.
