GÖRG advises on the establishment of 1nce GmbH, the first Tier 1 MVNO with focus on Narrowband-IoT with strategic involvement of Deutsche Telekom

[Cologne, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB comprehensively advised the founders of 1nce GmbH, Cologne, on the establishment, financial and operational resources of the company and the strategic investment of Telekom Innovation Pool GmbH, a Deutsche Telekom Group company. Telekom's investment, which took place as part of an ordinary capital increase, was subject to antitrust approval, which has since been fulfilled. After further milestones had been reached, 1nce GmbH was launched on the market in August 2018.
