GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised Ampega Investment GmbH (Ampega) from Cologne on the acquisition of the "me and all" hotel in Hansaallee in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel. Ampega, a subsidiary of Talanx, acted for HDI Group companies in this forward deal. The seller of the hotel, developed in a joint venture with BNS Real Estate Capital, is Concepta Projektentwicklung GmbH.
The opening of the newly built hotel took place at the end of April 2022. The hotel has 249 rooms and an underground garage with 76 parking spaces. The hotel building also houses a 400 m² restaurant, which has already been open since October 2021. The restaurant is operated by the regional restaurant group Mezzomar. The property was awarded the DGNB silver certificate by the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen” (German Sustainable Building Council).
