GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ampega Asset Management GmbH, a subsidiary of Talanx based in Cologne, on the acquisition of the office tower "SKYPER" at Taunusanlage 1 in Frankfurt am Main for various companies of HDI Deutschland AG. The seller is Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several companies of the Allianz Group.
The tower, which was mainly completed in 2006, is designed as a multi-tenant building, has around 54,000 m² of flexible rental space on 35 floors and is fully let except for a few units. In addition to the tower, the ensemble includes the so-called Carré with flats and retail space as well as a landmarked historic villa.

On the seller side, the transaction was legally advised by CMS under the lead management of partner Dr. Volker Zerr (Stuttgart).
