The article deals with the dogmatic classification of dismissal by the employer because other employees, customers, suppliers or other third parties demand the dismissal of a certain employee on the basis of the judgement of the ArbG Hamburg of 23 February 2005. The author critically examines the case law of the BAG on pressure dismissal.
