GÖRG advises shareholders of TiBreizh Group on sale of their shareholdings to a group of investors

Led by Hamburg partner Dr Jan-Henric M. Punte, GÖRG has advised the shareholders of the TiBreizh Group on the sale of their shareholdings to a group of investors around the Foodlover Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
 

About TiBreizh-Group

The TiBreizh Group has been offering traditional dishes from Brittany with its unique concept of galletes and crepes at two central locations in Hamburg for more than 25 years. 

About Foodlover-Group

The Foodlover Group is a company operating throughout Germany in the field of conceptualisation and licensing as well as the operation and management of catering projects.
