GÖRG advises Alliance Automotive Group on acquisition of Knoll GmbH

A GÖRG team led by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers has advised Alliance Automotive Group on the acquisition of the German Knoll GmbH and other parts of the Knoll Group. The transaction is subject to approval by the German Antitrust Authorities. With this acquisition Alliance Automotive Group continues its expansion in the German market.
