GÖRG promotes talented young lawyers: Six new Counsel and ten Associated Partners appointed

GÖRG's career committee decided this week to promote a total of 16, up-and-coming lawyers from its own ranks: Dr Stefan Frick, Cornelia Kinast, Dr Lutz Pospiech, Pia Pracht, Dr Heiko Reiter and Dr. Henning Wendt were appointed as Counsel as of 1 January 2022. Marc Alexander Cundius, Meganush Hambarsoomian, Dr Manuel Holzmann, Dr Karl-Georg Küsters, Dr Ilka Mainz, Katharina Meeser, Dr Dominik Pauw, Alexander Pustal, Philipp Raszawitz and Tobias Reichenberger were promoted to Associated Partners with effect from the same date.

Counsel

Dr Stefan Frick joined GÖRG in August 2019 at the Hamburg office. He focuses on real estate transactions, commercial tenancy law and general land law.

Cornelia Kinast, Maître en Droit, is a tax advisor and works in our Munich office. She advises companies on banking and banking regulatory law, and financing.

Dr Lutz Pospiech is also a long-standing member of our team in Munich. His advisory focus is on stock corporation and capital markets law.

Pia Pracht is a specialist lawyer on all matters of individual and collective labour law and is a member of the labour and employment law team at the Cologne office.

Dr Heiko Reiter is also a specialist lawyer for labour law. He advises clients on all labour law matters from our office in Frankfurt am Main. In addition, sports law is a major focus of his work.

Dr Henning Wendt is a member of our service line "Infrastructure, Environment, Energy" and is based at our Hamburg office. He advises our clients on public law and public procurement law, in particular on large-scale planning projects.

Associated Partners

Marc Alexander Cundius joined our Berlin office in 2018. He focuses on real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law and leasehold law.

Meganush Hambarsoomian is also a member of the labour and employment law service line at the Cologne office. Her focus is on individual and collective labour law. She regularly advises on labour law matters in connection with the reorganisation and restructuring of companies and businesses as well as business transfers.

Dr Manuel Holzmann recently joined GÖRG and advises our clients on insolvency law and restructuring from our Berlin office.

Dr Karl-Georg Küsters, LL.B., LL.M. Taxation, is a specialist lawyer for all matters relating to German tax law and joined GÖRG  2018. He works in the firm's Cologne office.

Dr Ilka Mainz is also based in Cologne and advises companies on energy law matters for GÖRG.

Katharina Meeser is also part of the Cologne real estate team. She focuses on real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law.

Dr Dominik Pauw advises companies on all aspects of insolvency law and restructuring from the Munich office.

Alexander Pustal joined GÖRG in Frankfurt am Main in 2020. He focuses on public procurement, state aid and budget law.

Philipp Raszawitz advises clients on all matters of individual and collective labour law from the Cologne office. His main focus is on labour law advice in connection with restructurings, company and business transfers and the drafting of managing director and employment contracts.

Tobias Reichenberger works at the GÖRG office in Frankfurt am Main. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital and capital markets law.


The promoted colleagues have taken another step on the road to partnership. The appointment of our new equity and salary partners will take place at a separate partners' meeting in spring this year.
