GÖRG supports insolvency proceedings...
Dr Jan Janßen is a partner at GÖRG Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter GbR and GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and is appointed by the insolvency courts in Arnsberg, Hagen and Siegen as insolvency administrator and trustee in corporate insolvencies as well as in insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of natural persons. He also acts as a forced administrator at Siegen Local Court.
With more than two decades of experience in insolvency administration, Dr Jan Janßen has successfully supported numerous proceedings, including companies with more than 200 employees and turnover figures in the double-digit millions. He specialises in asset deals and insolvency plan procedures that enable companies to be rescued in the long term.
As a founding member of the Association for the Promotion of the Institute for International Insolvency Law and a member of the Arbeitskreis für Insolvenzwesen e.V., Dr Jan Janßen is actively involved in the further development of insolvency law.
Together with his team, Dr Jan Janßen supports his clients in representing their interests competently and efficiently in all aspects of insolvency law.
