Jens Völksen is a lawyer and Counsel at the Cologne office. As a specialist lawyer for labour law with a focus on individual and collective labour law, in particular works constitution law, he offers comprehensive advice for nationally and internationally operating companies. His industry focus is primarily on logistics, services, healthcare and the church sector.
Jens Völksen advises employers on all aspects of labour law and represents them in labour law disputes. He specialises in works agreements, reconciliation of interests and social plans in the event of restructuring. In addition to providing ongoing employment law advice, he also handles litigation in employment law disputes, with a track record of numerous successful proceedings before the Federal Labour Court.
His expertise also extends to the application of the AVR and MAVO.
