GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised the IT service provider group GBC on the acquisition of the COMP-PRO Group, headquartered in Bremen.

The GBC Group, based in Sindelfingen (BW), is positioning itself through the merger of innovative and technologically oriented companies for the digi talisation of small and medium-sized businesses and focuses on services and products in the areas of Cloud & Infrastructure, Modern Work, IT outsourcing and IT security & compliance.

With the acquisition of the COMP-PRO Group and its four locations in Bremen, Oldenburg, Nienburg and Hanover, GBC is continuing its buy and build strategy to establish a leading IT managed services group. The range of services also includes the classic service areas such as cloud and on premise infrastructure as well as IT security, managed services and IT security technology.

A GÖRG team led by Frankfurt partner Dr. Lars Weber successfully advised GBC on the acquisition. The IT group had already relied on the expertise of GÖRG partner Lars Weber and his team several times in recent years.
