Burkhard Fabritius, MBA is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and head of our Hamburg office. He has been advising and representing national and international companies and public corporations in all areas of collective and individual labour law for over fifteen years. He also specialises in company pension schemes and social security law.
His many years of practical experience enable him to provide strategic advice to board members, managing directors, heads of public authorities and HR managers on personnel law matters and to use labour law instruments in such a way that the HR strategy is supported in the best possible way. A particular focus of his work is successfully negotiating with works councils, staff councils and trade unions. Due to his previous work as a judge at the social court, he has extensive experience in conducting court proceedings.
