Dr. Lars Weber is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt.
Dr. Weber mainly advises on corporate law, company acquisitions and sales as well as private equity and venture capital. The focus of his advisory work is on joint ventures and the support of small and mid-cap transactions, whereby Dr. Weber acts both on the buyer's side and on the seller's side (e.g. for owners of family-run companies).
