GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, under the lead management of partner Thoralf Herbold, successfully advised CEE Group on the acquisition of the Teuchern wind farm in Saxony-Anhalt. CEE Group is a Hamburg-based asset manager specialising in renewable energies. With assets under management of around 1.9 billion euros, the company invests in energy generation projects in the wind and solar sectors, thus opening up this alternative asset class to institutional investors in particular.

The seller is the Danish Driftsselskabet Heidelberg ApS. The commercial management is carried out by CEE Operations GmbH. AEZ Dienstleistungs-GmbH is responsible for the technical management of the wind farm.
