GÖRG advises PROCAD on acquisition of software developer ACATEC

Frankfurt, 06.04.2021

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, under the lead management of Frankfurt partner Dr Tobias Fenck, advised the Karlsruhe-based software provider PROCAD on the acquisition of a majority stake in ACATEC.

The two companies had already agreed on an operative partnership in January. With the now completed takeover of ACATEC, PROCAD, a leading specialist in product lifecycle & document management systems (PLM), intends to further expand its own business model in order to offer PLM and product configuration from a single source in the future.
