Dr. Tobias Fenck is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt am Main. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
He advises major investment companies and their portfolio companies on company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. Dr Tobias Fenck works on both the buyer and seller side and has experience in transactions in the mid-cap and small-mid-cap segment.
His range of advice includes not only transactions, but also ongoing corporate law advice to companies, including restructurings and co-operations. Dr Tobias Fenck's long-standing clients include funds, medium-sized and owner-managed companies as well as international groups. He also has experience in advising companies from various service sectors, regulated industries and the tech/IT environment.
