GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB was awarded as TOP law firm in the legal areas insolvency law and restructuring. In cooperation with Handelsblatt Research Institute, the magazine WirtschaftsWoche commissioned an independent jury to identify the top law firms.
For the lists of the best German law firms and lawyers for insolvency law and restructuring, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) interviewed more than 1,000 lawyers from 107 law firms to mention the most renowned colleagues. This list was presented to a jury of experts, filtering out 40 law firms with 66 specially recommended lawyers for the area of insolvency law and 36 law firms with 48 specially recommended lawyers for the area of restructuring.
The WirtschaftsWoche expert panel and the jury also honoured two prestigious GÖRG partners, Dr. Thorsten Bieg and Dr. Martin Stockhausen, as leading experts in Germany in the field of restructuring and Dr. Jörg Bornheimer, Dr. Anja Commandeur, Prof. Dr. habil. Gerrit Hölzle and Dr. Jörg Nerlich for the area of insolvency law.
