GÖRG and PLUTA support restructuring...
Dr Thorsten Bieg is a tax consultant and business economist (BA). He is a partner at the Hamburg office of GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. He has extensive expertise in insolvency law and restructuring.
Dr Thorsten Bieg has many years of experience in advising national and international companies, creditors, investors, suppliers and customers in crisis situations.
Dr Thorsten Bieg is distinguished by his wide range of tasks, including as a dual-benefit trustee, restructuring partner, liquidator and through his function as a member of self-administration bodies.
He is a member of organisations such as the Gesellschaft für Restrukturierung TMA Deutschland e.V., Forum 270 and NIF Norddeutsches Insolvenzforum e.V. In addition, Dr Thorsten Bieg regularly gives lectures at symposia and conferences. He regularly publishes in specialist journals and other publications.
