A GÖRG team led by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers has advised the shareholders on the sale of Bielefeld based special interest publishing group Delius Klasing to the media group KLAMBT.
With this acquisition KLAMBT enters the market for special interest publications. Publisher Konrad Delius who has led Delius Klasing successfully for many years, will continue to support the company with his experience.
The transaction is subject to approval by the German and Austrian Antitrust Authorities.
