A GÖRG team led by partners Dr Yorick Ruland and Dr Richard Gerlach provided comprehensive advice to Sparkasse KölnBonn, Sparkasse Hannover, Hamburger Sparkasse and S Wagnis- und Beteiligungskapital GmbH, a subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg, on their entry as new shareholders in neoshare AG.
The four banks have invested in neoshare AG as part of a capital increase. With this investment, the banks, as strategic partners, are acquiring shares in the same amount as the Volksbanken, which are also shareholders.
The aim of the partnership is to establish an independent, cross-group industry solution for commercial property financing and to improve cooperation between financial institutions as well as interaction with customers and partners. neoshare AG is a leading technology company in the digital transformation of the real estate and finance industry and digitises processes end-to-end as a leading AI-supported platform.
GÖRG regularly advises Sparkasse KölnBonn on its financial transactions with partner Dr Yorick Ruland. Advising the banks on their investment in neoshare AG included, in particular, conducting a due diligence review coordinated by Dr Richard Gerlach and negotiating the investment agreement and other contracts.
