Dr Michael Heise, LL.M. is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin. His extensive experience and expertise in the field of IT & outsourcing make him a reliable support for national and international companies.
Michael Heise is a specialist in digitalisation projects and other technology-focused projects, such as the introduction of cloud technologies or the planned use of as a service models (such as SaaS, PaaS and IaaS). In close consultation with clients, he develops technology-appropriate contractual arrangements. The aim is to strike a balance between the legal and regulatory requirements of users and the efforts of international technology providers to offer services as standardised as possible and to minimise their own contractual responsibility.
