Dr Richard F. Gerlach is a partner* at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. His professional expertise covers banking and banking supervisory law as well as financing. He also has special knowledge and experience in connection with the resolution and avoidance of corporate law disputes. He advises both national and international companies in these specialised areas of law.
Dr Richard F. Gerlach has extensive experience in litigation and contract drafting in the banking sector. His advice to shareholders and executive bodies in conflict and crisis situations as well as his litigation support in shareholder disputes is particularly noteworthy.
Having successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for banking and capital market law, he emphasises his specialist knowledge in these areas.
