Ann-Kathrin Elsenbast is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt. With her focus on public commercial law and public procurement law, she provides legal advice to public clients as well as national and international companies in these areas.
Her expertise covers all aspects of public procurement law. She helps to structure complex procurement procedures and to comply with legal regulations. She also advises on the structuring and implementation of investment and transaction projects in the public sector. Public commercial law, in particular issues in connection with public tenders, is a further focus of her work.
