Lisa Löffler is an Associate Partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne.
She advises national and international companies as well as the public sector in the field of environmental and planning law. She has many years of experience in advising on complex authorisation procedures in the field of renewable energies and in litigation before administrative and civil courts.
Lisa Löffler specialises in the legal areas of construction planning law, immission control law, water law and waste law. She advises on all issues relating to project and plant authorisation and also represents you before all administrative and civil courts.
Her particular expertise lies in the project development of renewable energy plants (offshore and onshore wind farms, hydropower and photovoltaic plants as well as biomass power plants).
