Kristina Birgitta Groß is a lawyer and associated partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Hamburg. She has extensive expertise in environmental and planning law, commercial administrative law, in particular energy law, and public construction law. Specialising in the areas of energy and climate, she advises national and international companies as well as the public sector.
Kristina Birgitta Groß has many years of experience as a legal project manager for projects in the context of the energy and mobility transition. She regularly supports consultation and planning approval authorities as well as project sponsors in authorisation procedures for major infrastructure projects and complex construction projects. Her industry focus includes the public sector (advising authorities and public companies), the energy industry and the property industry. Kristina Birgitta Groß also has particular experience in litigation before the Federal Administrative Court and the lower courts of administrative jurisdiction.
Kristina Birgitta Groß is a member of the International Environmental Law Day e.V. and the Renewable Energies Hamburg Cluster (EEHH). She is also a member of women of new energies e.V. (w.one) and the Deutscher Juristinnenbund e.V. (djb). Since 2022, she has also been involved in legal training as an examiner in the first state law examination (public law) at the Judicial Examination Office of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court.
