GÖRG appoints eight new Counsel...
Patrick Wambold is an Associate Partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt am Main. He specialises in banking and banking supervisory law, financing and corporate law. He advises national and international companies, FinTechs and digital financing platforms.
Patrick Wambold is characterised by his comprehensive knowledge in the areas of banking and banking supervisory law, financing and corporate law. He specialises in advising on non-bank corporate and project financing, including equity and debt financing. He also focuses on (electronic) securities in accordance with the eWpG and tokenisation within the scope of MiFID and the ECSP Regulation.
Another focus of Patrick Wambold's work is the precise structuring and definition of digital distribution and compliance processes for digital platforms. His commitment also extends to providing comprehensive advice to international market participants on the requirements and opportunities for successful market entry in Germany.
