Sebastian Bahr is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Hamburg. With his expertise in public commercial law and public procurement law, he advises the public sector as well as national and international companies.
Sebastian Bahr specialises in public procurement law. He supports companies in participating in public tenders and ensures the legally compliant organisation of the entire procurement process when advising the public sector. In addition, he has extensive expertise in representing companies and the public sector in review proceedings under public procurement law.
Another focus of his work is on subsidy and grant law. He advises companies and organisations on the implementation of projects that receive financial support from government agencies.
