GÖRG advises LEA Partners on investment in IDL

[Frankfurt, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, under the leadership of its Frankfurt partner Dr. Tobias Fenck, has advised LEA Partners GmbH, a Karlsruhe-based private equity firm, on a two-digit million euro investment in the IDL Group (IDL), a leading provider of corporate performance management (CPM) software.

With this investment, IDL will significantly accelerate the further development of its CPM Suite and further expand its market position beyond the German-speaking region.
