Dr Matthias Menke is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and head of the GÖRG office in Frankfurt am Main. His many years of experience and extensive expertise extend in particular to corporate law and corporate transactions, both nationally and internationally.
Dr Matthias Menke advises domestic and foreign companies, shareholders and the public sector on corporate law and transaction mandates. He specialises in advising on the establishment and restructuring of complex joint venture structures as well as advising on company acquisitions. He is also an expert in corporate law structuring advice, including company formations, capital measures and reorganisations, as well as corporate governance issues.
