Sebastian Frech is a tech M&A lawyer and advises national and international tech companies, their founders or investors on growth equity and venture capital investments as well as on exit transactions.

He is particularly experienced in advising on reorganisations and restructurings as well as negotiating joint ventures and minority shareholdings. He also specialises in strategic legal advice in the areas of corporate law and governance as well as management and employee participation.

His main focus is on companies in the energy and mobility sectors, especially DeepTech and ClimateTech venture capital.
 

Sebastian Frech is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked at a major international law firm in Munich.

After studying law and economics at the universities of Bayreuth, St. Gallen and Munich, Sebastian Frech completed his legal education in Ingolstadt and also gained work experience at corporate law firms in Munich and New York. He was admitted to the bar in 2008.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Sebastian Frech acts as a mentor for researchers and students as part of the programmes offered by UnternehmerTUM, the Centre for Innovation and Start-ups at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). The seminars offered include, i.a.:
