Dr. Jia Ding, LL.M. is a lawyer and counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. As an experienced advisor, she supports national and international companies in all corporate law matters.
