Prof Dr Torsten Martini is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin and Cologne. He specialises in the areas of insolvency administration and restructuring. With over 20 years of experience, he is an expert in the field and acts as an insolvency administrator, trustee and restructuring officer.
As an experienced insolvency administrator and trustee, Prof Dr Torsten Martini is regularly appointed by the local courts of Charlottenburg, Cottbus, Frankfurt/Oder, Cologne, Neuruppin and Potsdam. He has particular expertise in the continuation of companies and in the preparation and implementation of complex insolvency plans.
In addition to his work as a partner at GÖRG, he is an honorary professor in the Department of Business Law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. There he passes on his extensive knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law.
