Claus Christopher Schiller is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne with extensive expertise in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity as well as in all areas of corporate, stock corporation and capital markets law.
He regularly advises on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, in particular for medium-sized companies/SMEs, strategic investors and financial investors. He also advises young companies and start-ups in the area of venture capital.
Claus Christopher Schiller also has particular expertise in distressed M&A and has extensive experience in advising companies in challenging situations. In addition to transaction advice, he offers comprehensive legal support on corporate, stock corporation and capital market law issues. His focus is on complex corporate restructurings and corporate law structural measures.
